However, this is a fake document.

In fact, on August 9, 2024, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decisions to announce the List of national intangible cultural heritage.

Of which, there are 4 intangible cultural heritages of folk knowledge related to cuisine for: Traditional handicraft of lotus tea making in Quang An, Quang An ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi city (No. 2316/QD-BVHTTDL), Nam Dinh pho (No. 2326/QD-BVHTTDL), Quang noodles (No. 2327/QD-BVHTTDL), Hanoi pho (No. 2328/QD-BVHTTDL).
