Accordingly, on September 16, on the social network "Hong Bien Tuyen Quang", information appeared reflecting that service prices in Lo Lo Chai village were "3 times more expensive than the actual price". Immediately after receiving the information, Lung Cu Commune People's Committee established an inspection team and worked directly with the Management Board of Lo Lo Chai Village Cultural Tourism Village and all service businesses including 51 homestay businesses, 2 restaurants, and 5 snack shops.

Verification results show that 100% of accommodation and food service establishments list prices and sell at the listed prices; the room rental price at the time of verification is reasonable compared to the general level, ranging from 500,000 VND to 1.2 million VND/room. Souvenir products are listed on each item, with clear information on origin, usage and preservation instructions. No cases of taking advantage of festivals or large numbers of visitors to increase prices were detected.
