On the occasion of the Spring of At Ty 2025, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province cordially send to compatriots, soldiers, heroic Vietnamese mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, families with meritorious services to the country, religious dignitaries, business community, and children of Vinh Long homeland across the country and abroad their warmest greetings and best wishes for the New Year.
In 2024, despite many difficulties and challenges, the entire Party, people, army and business community have promoted the spirit of solidarity, strived to achieve important and comprehensive results in all fields. The economy continued to grow, most of the main targets met and exceeded the plan. Culture and society have made much progress; timely and fully implemented policies for people with meritorious services, social security policies, social welfare, people's lives have increasingly improved. The province has basically completed the sustainable poverty reduction goals in 2024; successfully organized events that created many impressions for people at home and abroad. National defense, security, social order and safety have been maintained; the great solidarity bloc continues to be consolidated and strengthened. The quality of operations of the political system has been improved; the policy of streamlining the apparatus and operating effectively and efficiently has been seriously implemented. The results achieved in 2024 are an important premise for successfully implementing the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province acknowledge and commend the spirit of solidarity and determination of all compatriots, comrades, soldiers, and business community for their active and effective contributions to the province's overall achievements in the past year.
The year 2025 is of special significance, being the final year of the Party Congress term and the 5-year State plan 2020-2025; the year of holding Party Congresses at all levels and celebrating the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Country. The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province call on all compatriots, cadres, soldiers, business community, and Vinh Long residents living, studying, and working inside and outside the province to continue to unite, join hands, and promote the achieved results, strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks of 2025, make achievements to welcome Party Congresses at all levels and move towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, contributing to building Vinh Long homeland to be more civilized, prosperous, and beautiful, ready to enter a new era, an era of national development.
