Nguyen Viet Khoi Nguyen is the valedictorian of block C00 nationwide.

Nguyen said he did not think he would become the valedictorian of the C00 block nationwide. "When I knew my score, I was very happy but I did not think I would become the valedictorian because my score compared to the valedictorian of the C00 block last year was still not enough to be the valedictorian," Nguyen said.

‏29.5 is the score that many candidates dream of, but Nguyen still feels a bit regretful because he has not achieved his goal. Nguyen shared: "From the beginning, I determined that I would follow the C00 block, so I improved my knowledge early. And my goal before the exam was to get 30 points. Although I feel a bit regretful, I am still very happy because all my efforts have finally paid off."

When asked about the secret to being able to memorize lessons quickly, Nguyen revealed: "I don't have any outstanding learning method, but I just memorize everything I learn. I always emphasize discipline in studying and living, then intelligence and memory. Besides, I also pay special attention to eating and sleeping regularly and scientifically ."

The only literature test in the country that got a score of 10 was 11 pages long.

For Nguyen, study time is quite flexible, whenever I have free time I study, the main study time for Nguyen is from 4 to 6 am. "I don't stay up late to study because staying up late seriously affects my ability to remember, during peak hours I will stay at school at noon to study by myself", Nguyen said.

‏Study pressure, especially before the exam period, is something that is difficult for any candidate to avoid and Nguyen is no exception. Nguyen said: "During the study process, I encountered pressure, but I overcame it by considering pressure as both a challenge and a great honor for every young person." ‏

Sharing the secret to getting a 10 in geography, Nguyen said: "While solving the test, I will write down any questions I get wrong in a separate notebook and the rule is that I can only get it wrong once. And when taking the test, even if the questions are easy, I should not use tricks but solve all 40 questions with my mind."

Nguyen also shared that, among the 3 subjects in block C00, the subject in which Nguyen excels the most is literature. During his 12th grade year, Nguyen won second prize in the provincial literature competition for excellent students.

Commenting on this student, teacher Nguyen Thi Bich Van, homeroom teacher of class 12A6, Nguyen Van Cu High School, shared: "Nguyen has been good at all social subjects since grade 10. His social knowledge is very deep and Nguyen is very determined in studying. With his friends in class, Nguyen is very sociable and ready to help his friends."
