I still remember the days at the end of December 2023 and the beginning of January 2024, many people from my commune and other inland communes of the old Trang Dinh district enthusiastically participated, creating a widespread movement. Not only supporting working days, many families in the area also supported money, necessities such as fruits, boxed lunches, drinking water... to serve the forces directly building the projects.
Through support sources, up to now, the whole province has built 321/459 border marker inspection routes in the area with a total length of more than 72km. According to the leader of the Lang Son Border Guard Command, currently, there are 138 unbuilt border marker roads in the area with a total length of more than 63km. This is a very special campaign, so the company has actively joined hands and contributed to its implementation. Up to now, the unit has contributed 9.34 billion VND in cash and materials, and at the same time mobilized workers to contribute working days to join hands and contribute to building roads to border markers, planting and taking care of trees around the border marker area to both facilitate patrols and preserve the green - clean - beautiful landscape of the border area”. |
“The construction of a road to check the border markers and protect the border is very important. Therefore, when there was a policy to build a road to check the border markers, my family donated about 400 square meters of land, on which there were about 50 pine trees over 10 years old, to build a road to the border markers. From the land donation of my family and some other households in the village and commune, they also donated land to help speed up the construction of the road to check the border markers. Thereby, gradually creating favorable conditions for patrolling and protecting the border as well as developing people's production.” |
