Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed Decision No. 1582/QD-TTg dated July 22, 2025, of the Prime Minister appointing Colonel Vu Dai Duong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Air Defense - Air Force Command, to the position of Deputy Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force Command, Ministry of National Defense . The decision takes effect from July 22, 2025.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed decisions of the Prime Minister approving the results of the election and dismissal of the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province.
Specifically, in Decision No. 1584/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, term 2021-2026, for: Mr. Le Van Anh, Provincial Party Committee member, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Quang Ninh province term 2021-2026; and Mr. Nguyen Van Cong, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Le Van Anh was born in 1973 and hails from Hai Phong city. He previously served as the Chief Inspector of Quang Ninh province, and was later transferred to the position of Secretary of the Mong Cai City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term. From June 2021 to July 2025, he held the position of Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council, 14th term, 2021-2026; before being elected as Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, 2021-2026 term.
Mr. Nguyen Van Cong was born in 1981 and hails from Quang Ninh province. He served as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Quang Ninh province from November 2020 to June 2021. From July 2021 to June 2025, he was the Secretary of the Dong Trieu City Party Committee. From July 1, 2025, until his election as Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department.
In Decision No. 1583/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the dismissal of Mr. Cao Tuong Huy, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, from his position as Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, to take on a new assignment; and Mr. Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, to take on a new assignment.
These decisions will take effect from July 22, 2025.
