The two sides expressed their delight at the positive developments in the relations between the two Parties and the two countries in recent times; in-depth discussions and reached consensus on measures to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the two countries in various fields, including exchanges and cooperation between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese National People's Congress.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh conveyed warm regards and best wishes from senior Vietnamese leaders and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien to comrade Vuong Ho Ninh.
The Prime Minister emphasized that Vietnam and China are two close neighbors, "mountains connected to mountains, rivers connected to rivers". The two Parties, two countries and peoples have given each other valuable support and assistance in the past struggle for national independence and in the present-day construction of socialism. Vietnam always attaches importance to maintaining and developing the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership; considering this a consistent, strategic, long-term policy and a top priority in Vietnam's foreign policy.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested that the two sides continue to maintain regular high-level exchanges and contacts; expand cooperation between localities, organize well friendly meetings, people-to-people exchanges, Youth Festivals, People's Forums... to promote tourism cooperation to soon restore to the pre-COVID-19 period.
The Prime Minister suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference increase experience exchange to promote the best and most effective role of the Front/CPPCC organizations in the political life of each country; consider organizing the second Friendship Exchange between the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and between localities sharing the border of the two countries.

Comrade Wang Huning introduced to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh the role, functions and tasks of the Chinese National Committee of the CPPCC; affirmed that Vietnam and China are important neighbors, sharing broad common interests, China always considers Vietnam a priority direction in its neighborly diplomacy, is ready to strengthen strategic exchanges with Vietnam, and promote the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries to continuously develop sustainably and long-term.
Chairman of the CPPCC Wang Huning affirmed that the CPPCC always supports enhancing people-to-people exchanges, further deepening the friendship between the people of the two countries; expanding economic, trade, investment cooperation, connecting transport infrastructure; improving the frequency and quality of cooperation between localities; and is ready to work with the Vietnam Fatherland Front to enhance exchanges, cooperation, experience sharing, and actively contribute to the development of the China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership./.
