In 2023, Thuan Nam district has 19 new products of 12 entities registered to participate in the OCOP Program. Through selecting ideas, assessing production and business plans, surveying facilities and based on evaluation and ranking criteria, there are 11 products of 4 entities including: 3 traditional anchovy fish sauce products of type 45, 50 premium and special type of Quang Minh Ca Na entity; 5 super clean fish sauce products of Tran Van Huong entity; 2 fresh seaweed products and dried seaweed products of Hoang Nhan Sea Grape Company Limited; 1 special Ca Na Son Rang traditional anchovy fish sauce product was scored by the OCOP Product Evaluation Council of the district with a score of 54 points or higher and qualified for evaluation and ranking to meet 3-star standards.
Thuan Nam district OCOP product evaluation council awarded OCOP product certificates to the subjects.
In addition, 4 fish sauce products of Cana Fish Sauce Company Limited were scored 83 points or higher by the Provincial OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council.
