The total detailed plan for public investment from the State budget in 2025 assigned to investors and localities as of May 31, 2025 is 959,776 billion VND (extended capital is 107,636 billion VND; capital assigned in 2025 is 852,140 billion VND). Of which, the capital assigned to 43 public investment projects is 663,245 billion VND; Capital allocated to implement national target programs: 296,531 billion VND.
As of May 31, 2025, the total disbursed capital of investors and localities was VND 446,731 billion, reaching a rate of 46.5%.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Giang requested that for completed projects, localities and units promptly complete the settlement documents to disburse 100% before June 30, 2025. For localities still facing difficulties and problems with the site clearance component, it is necessary to promptly approve according to regulations to promptly change the administrative apparatus.
At the same time, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Giang requested localities, units, and investors to enhance their responsibility in directing, implementing, and thoroughly resolving difficulties, problems, shortcomings, and limitations; focusing on directing and urging project management units and construction contractors to concentrate human resources, equipment, and machinery to organize construction to ensure the prescribed time.
