In the journey of making a living, everyone needs a job to live. Living just to survive is far different from living with value. Working is not simply about making money, the most important thing is to create value for customers and society to be paid fairly and sustainably. The value created and professional ethics are the soul of honest business that need to be understood and respected when practicing.

However, in the modern life, when speed and profit are put first, many professionals are forgetting the most important thing: ethics and the real value of their work. Recently, public opinion has been stirred up about fraudulent business practices, such as counterfeit goods production, misleading advertising, and tricks to replace the concept of "value" with "branding".

All of this is distorting the professional environment, and more seriously, eroding the community's trust in honest professionals.

There are many reasons, first of all the pressure to survive in a fiercely competitive environment. Many people lack awareness and courage when faced with the choice of money or morality. Sometimes they are willing to sacrifice moral values ​​in exchange for money without understanding that the nature of making money is to create value for users to be willing to pay a high price. No money-making activity is sustainable if it does not create value for the payer.

Besides, the disorder of the value system in society is also a part of the cause, when some dishonest people live a prosperous life and are praised, while many honest people suffer. In addition, there is a shortage of vocationaleducation and training, focusing only on teaching how to work and paying little attention to teaching professional ethics.

And finally, we cannot help but mention the laxity in law enforcement. When violations are not promptly and strictly handled, mistakes will repeat and become normal.

Arousing the spirit of respecting professional values ​​is very important. First of all, in vocational education, it is necessary to focus on equipping learners with professional ethics so that when entering the profession, in the subconscious of each person, there is always the mission of creating values ​​to help others and society. Next, the professional community plays the role of a mirror reflecting the right behavior, an ethical "fence" that helps prevent deviant behavior.

When the professional community identifies ethics as an important factor, it will create positive pressure forcing each individual to reflect on himself. At the same time, when the community recognizes and honors those who work with integrity, kindness will no longer be a lonely “battle”.

At the same time, the State plays an important role in creating a healthy competitive environment, encouraging the development of honest professionals by building a transparent legal system, protecting consumer rights and ensuring product quality, while preventing fraud and poor quality goods; building policies to support creativity and innovation, such as tax incentives, financial support for those who create sustainable values ​​to help them develop.

In order for the spirit of respecting professional values ​​to spread strongly, society needs to honor the right people for the right jobs, and give respect to those who silently create real values, such as the dedicated auto mechanic, the teacher in the highlands who persistently teaches, the doctor who devotedly saves people, the farmer who takes care of each crop...

When ethics are maintained, when true values ​​are placed first, then the profession becomes a source of pride, not a burden. When each professional chooses to live a decent life, society becomes healthier and more sustainable.
