Speaking at the Conference, comrade Le Quoc Chinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council stated: In the past time, in the context of a large workload and high intensity of work, under the drastic and rapid leadership and direction of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee, together with the spirit of solidarity, collective intelligence and great efforts of each cadre, civil servant and employee in the agency, the Provincial People's Council has completed all contents in the revolution to streamline the apparatus under its assigned authority.
In parallel with the political tasks of the province, the Provincial People's Council has also directed the implementation of the organizational arrangement of the agencies of the Provincial People's Council, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council after the merger to ensure smooth and effective operations, in accordance with legal regulations and the Central Government's orientation.

Congratulating the comrades who have just been entrusted with new responsibilities, acknowledging and praising their efforts and contributions in the recent past, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the leaders of the Provincial People's Council Committees to continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, lead and direct the Committees to proactively innovate and improve the quality of inspection, supervision, and policy-making work, promptly serving the sessions and activities of the Provincial People's Council and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council.
