These are key projects to improve the production capacity of strategic materials, meet the requirements of military modernization and serve economic development.

For the project of relocating and investing in the construction of the new Z127 Factory, construction items are being synchronously deployed at the construction site; focusing on speeding up the progress of factory items and technical infrastructure serving the installation and operation of the high-quality aluminum production line.

Regarding the Thai Nguyen Defense Industrial Park Technical Infrastructure Investment Project, up to now, the units have closely followed the plan, proactively applied new technology, ensured the quality and progress of the projects. Of which, over 95% of the construction work of roads, concrete bridges across streams, stone embankments along streams, patrol roads, protective fences, guard towers, wastewater drainage systems, centralized wastewater treatment areas, pumping stations, fire prevention and fighting water tanks, tree planting, etc. has been completed. It is expected to be completed before August 15, 2025.

Regarding technical infrastructure, over 95% of the construction volume of electrical systems, fire prevention and fighting systems, communication systems, security surveillance cameras, domestic and production wastewater treatment systems has been completed. Currently, the installation, connection, testing, and calibration of project equipment are underway...

At the scene, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam listened to a representative of the General Department of Defense Industry report on the implementation results, progress of the production line installation, quality assurance, labor safety and solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the projects.

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam commended the efforts of the units in implementing the projects, achieving good quality and on schedule, including a project that was completed 4 months ahead of schedule.

The Deputy Minister of National Defense directly responded to a number of recommendations and proposals from units in project implementation; directed the direction to accelerate site clearance progress, ensuring favorable conditions for project implementation, so that the projects can be completed soon, put into exploitation, operation, and promote efficiency.

To further accelerate the project's progress, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam requested units to quickly find solutions to overcome difficulties, remove obstacles, proactively and urgently coordinate with localities to effectively carry out site clearance work to hand over the project area. At the same time, he also received opinions from functional agencies during the working session to supplement and adjust the project's contents to ensure they are reasonable, up to standard, and meet the requirements of the task.
