Thuy Tien also sent her deepest condolences to the families of the victims of the fire, hoping that everyone will soon overcome the loss and recover quickly.

Singer Du Thien was also present at the scene of the fire, contributing 20 million VND to help the victims' families.

On the afternoon of September 14, singer Phuong My Chi announced that the release date of her album Vu tru co bay (The Flying Storks) had been postponed to the evening of September 18 (originally scheduled for the evening of September 14), to express her sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims of the fire. The singer believes that her audience and fans will understand and support her decision.

Pharmacist Tien - producer of the show The New Mentor - also announced that the latest episode of the show will be postponed to the evening of September 17.
Previously, the fire at a mini apartment building on Khuong Ha Street (Khuong Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi) on the evening of September 12 caused public grief when the death toll reached more than 50 people.
