The atmosphere of the meetings with voters nationwide in general and Hanoi in particular shows that voters and people are excited and have high expectations that the ninth session of the 15th National Assembly will consider the contents of the revolution to streamline the organizational apparatus, increase efficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency, and focus on the grassroots and residential areas.

Before the ninth session, the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation organized regular meetings with voters in both direct and online formats in 30 districts, towns, and cities, attracting a large number of voters and people in the capital. The Hanoi National Assembly Delegation compiled 17 groups of opinions from voters speaking at the conference and opinions sent in writing under the jurisdiction of the National Assembly, the Government, and central ministries and branches.

Determined to complete the historic session

According to the scheduled program, from May 5 to June 30, at the ninth session, the National Assembly will consider and decide on 64 contents and groups of contents of special importance. Affirming the importance of the ninth session, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man emphasized that this will be a special session not only in terms of scale, time, and content but also of great political and legal significance, marking a period of innovation in the organization of the state apparatus.

With the content of the program "unprecedentedly large" in the history of National Assembly sessions, aware of the responsibility to the country and the people, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment Tran Van Khai said that National Assembly deputies are working day and night, devoted to the preparation work for the session. "Each law discussed, each decision passed at the upcoming session will be the crystallization of the delegates' enthusiasm. All for the common goal of realizing the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country," said Mr. Tran Van Khai.

Regarding the Government, Minister and Head of the Government Office Tran Van Son said that the Government will focus on preparing the content to be submitted to the National Assembly, based on the opinions of competent authorities and the contents discussed and agreed upon at the conference between the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee on the preparation of the ninth session; complete the preparation of documents to be sent to National Assembly deputies before the opening session.

To best serve the session, Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Tung said that the National Assembly Office is deploying digital technology, artificial intelligence and digital transformation applications, improving and adding many new features to the "National Assembly 2.0" application, integrating AI virtual assistants to support National Assembly deputies in looking up information and putting it into trial operation right at the ninth session.

Based on careful preparation, it is expected that National Assembly deputies will uphold their sense of responsibility so that the ninth session of the 15th National Assembly will truly be a momentous event, marking strong innovation, deciding on especially important historical issues to create the premise to bring our country into a new era, an era of national growth, building a rich, prosperous and happy country.
