In the first nine months of the year, Tien Hai district issued 759 initial land use right certificates to households and individuals.

In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, in coordination with the Land Use Rights Registration Office, issued, reissued, and updated 4,023 land use right certificates covering an area of 105.5 hectares. Nine decisions on winning bids for land use rights and land allocation for housing were approved, involving 65 land plots with an area of 7,508.4 m² , totaling 91.54 billion VND.
In the coming period, Tien Hai district will accelerate the progress of residential planning projects invested by the District People's Committee, projects for generating revenue, and residential planning sites invested by the Commune People's Committees to organize land use right auctions and increase state budget revenue. The district will proactively advise on and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles in land clearance and land acquisition for the implementation of investment projects.
