The seeds, including 80 kg of sprouted mustard greens and 80 kg of sweet mustard greens, will be distributed by the Lao Cai Provincial Agricultural Extension and Agricultural Services Center to its affiliated stations, in coordination with local authorities, to be delivered to people as soon as possible to be in time for winter planting.

It is known that, immediately after the flood, the Center for Agricultural Extension and Agricultural Services of Lao Cai province proactively grasped the damage situation in localities, coordinated with commune and ward authorities to guide people to restore production, and at the same time called for support from businesses and organizations.

Along with receiving and distributing seeds, the Lao Cai Provincial Agricultural Extension and Agricultural Services Center directed technical staff to closely follow the grassroots, instructing people on how to treat soil after flooding, clean fields, improve soil, and at the same time recommend choosing short-term, seasonal varieties to reduce risks and ensure productivity.

The center also coordinates with localities to organize training sessions on planting techniques, care, and pest control for vegetables after natural disasters, helping people master safe and effective production processes.
In the coming time, the Lao Cai Provincial Agricultural Extension and Services Center will continue to mobilize businesses, organizations and individuals to support more seeds, fertilizers, seedlings, livestock, etc. to help farmers in affected areas overcome the consequences of natural disasters and soon stabilize production and life.
