Continue to build and develop literature and art in the new period

(QBĐT) - On the morning of April 9, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association organized a workshop on " Quang Binh Literature and Arts 50 years after the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025)". Attending were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches, sectors and units.

50 years of national reunification, including more than 30 years since the province returned to its old boundaries, Quang Binh Literature and Arts has grown in both quantity and quality. From less than 100 members after the province was divided, to date, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association has had more than 260 members, operating in 7 fields of literature and arts. Of which, there are more than 80 members of the Central specialized associations.

With a large number of writers, Quang Binh literature shows diversity in writing styles and richness in content and topics. With inheritance and development, tradition and innovation, endogenous energy and objective resources, Quang Binh literature has achieved remarkable achievements in both quantity and quality of authors and works.

In the field of music , besides musicians who have achieved many successes in the fields of composition and performance, such as: Musician Hoang Song Huong, Quach Mong Lan, Duong Viet Chien, Duong Nguyet Anh, Quach Sy Dung, Thuy Linh..., many new authors with rich creative power have appeared, such as: Le Duc Tri, Nguyen Thanh...

Fine arts have made impressive breakthroughs, affirming their position in the region, and at the same time contributing an important part to creating the appearance of contemporary Vietnamese fine arts.

The field of photography has also made a strong impression in the region and the whole country, becoming a special propaganda channel about the land and people of Quang Binh, thereby, together with the province's culture and arts, making an important contribution to the cause of building and developing the homeland in the new era.

At the workshop, delegates had many discussions, exchanges and shares on solutions to continue to develop Quang Binh culture and arts, meet the public's cultural enjoyment needs and effectively serve the task of building and developing the homeland, contributing to the task of building an advanced Vietnamese culture with strong national identity in the new period...
