Criteria for good quality of life for "four good party cells"

- At the beginning of the year, develop a work program, inspection and supervision program; register to build "four good party cells"; have a plan for specialized activities; maintain monthly party cell activities at the correct time; and at the same time, organize a 6-month review and a year-end summary according to regulations.

- Every month, before organizing the Party cell meeting, the Party Committee (if any) meets to fully prepare the contents according to regulations and organizes the meeting according to the instructions of the superior (the Party cell meeting must be carried out with the correct content, on time, and ensuring the composition according to Instruction No. 12-HD/BTCTW, dated July 6, 2018 of the Central Organizing Committee on a number of issues on improving the quality of Party cell meetings and Instruction No. 04-HD/TU, dated March 27, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee guiding a number of contents on improving the quality of Party cell meetings). In the meeting, promptly concretize the policies of the superior in accordance with the reality and political tasks of the Party cell, promptly resolve arising issues. Party cell meetings must ensure leadership, education, combativeness, and good implementation of the principle of democratic centralism. Party cell meetings must have their contents recorded in the resolution book; Necessary and important contents must be issued in a resolution (in writing) approved by the Party cell.

- Timely inform, disseminate and thoroughly understand the Party's directives, resolutions, policies and laws of the State, and implement the information and reporting regime in accordance with regulations.
