After discovery, the Provincial Military Command quickly found the owner of the property to return it.

It is known that the safe belongs to the family of Ms. Lo Thi Xuan, in Xieng Tam village, My Ly commune. Her family was swept away by the flood, and all of their property and assets were severely damaged.
In the safe, there were many valuable assets and important personal documents that were fully returned to Ms. Lo Thi Xuan's family under the witness of many villagers and Xieng Tam village authorities.

Receiving the above assets, Mrs. Xuan's family was very touched, because this was a large amount of assets, accumulated over a long time.

Besides the safe, her family also received support from the military to find other valuable assets buried under the thick layer of mud such as a mill and a rice husking machine.
In the face of heavy rain and floods causing severe damage in the highland villages of My Ly commune, on August 5, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command continued to mobilize more than 100 officers and professional soldiers to reinforce the second wave of forces to support the local government and people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
Immediately after being reinforced, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command quickly deployed activities to support people such as: dredging mud and soil, repairing damaged houses, transporting supplies and necessities to isolated residential areas.
