Decomposing body of a woman found in Tuyen Lam Lake

Early morning of June 2, authorities of Da Lat City and Lam Dong Province found the body of a woman at Tuyen Lam Lake tourist area, Da Lat City. Previously, a part resembling a human leg bone was also discovered in this area.

Accordingly, at about 2:00 a.m. today, June 2, after searching day and night with the support of sniffer dogs, authorities found the body of an unidentified unfortunate woman.

The decomposing body was found about 10 meters from Hoa Hong Street (Da Lat City), nearly 500 meters from where the human-like leg was previously found.

Police dogs were brought to Tuyen Lam Lake area to help search for the body of the unfortunate person.

As Thanh Nien reported, at around 6am on June 1, local people walking on Hoa Hong Street, in Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Area, Da Lat City, discovered an object resembling a human leg bone lying in the middle of Hoa Hong Street (including a part resembling a femur and a tibia along with a human foot), so they reported it to the authorities.

Immediately after receiving the news, the authorities of Da Lat City and Lam Dong Province began searching for the remaining body; at the same time, they took samples to test the DNA of the object resembling the human leg bone. According to the authorities, recently no one in Da Lat City has reported a missing family member.

Many forces were mobilized to search for bodies in Tuyen Lam Lake area.

From the morning of June 1 until late at night of the same day, many forces were mobilized to the Tuyen Lam Lake area to search and at about 2:00 a.m. on June 2, the body of a woman as mentioned above was found.

Da Lat City Police are identifying the body and establishing a special investigation to clarify the incident.
