Position: Pre-uprising cadre, former Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, former Director of the Central Highlands Agricultural Forestry Experimental Zone, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Ana district, former Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Economic Committee, former General Director of the Dak Lak Rubber Enterprises Union.

Communist Party of Vietnam member: 75 years Party membership badge.

Due to old age, poor health, and serious illness, despite the devoted care and treatment of his family and medical team, he did not survive. He breathed his last at 6:00 p.m. on August 30, 2023 (July 15, Quy Mao year) at his home, at the age of 95.

Comrade Le Nhan, birth name Le Van Nhan, alias: Hong, born on December 17, 1929 in Hoai Hao commune, Hoai Nhon district, Binh Dinh province; joined the Communist Party of Vietnam on April 8, 1949 at the Party cell of the Civil Affairs Department of Hoai Nhon district, Binh Dinh province.

Comrade Le Nhan left us at 18:00, August 30, 2023 (July 15, Quy Mao year) at house number 59/17A, Nguyen Viet Xuan, Tan Thanh ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province, at the age of 95.

Comrade Le Nhan's life of dedication to the revolutionary cause was a continuous, tireless effort; during his years of work, he held the following positions:

- April 1945 - January 1946: Head of the Youth Union for National Salvation in Tan Thanh Commune, Hoai Nhon District, Binh Dinh Province.

- February 1946 - December 1946: Standing Committee of the District Youth Union for National Salvation, Hoai Nhon District, Binh Dinh Province (Head of the District Children's Committee).

- January 1947 - January 1948: Personnel Secretary E120, Military Committee of Binh Dinh province.

- February 1948 - July 1949: Standing Committee member, Deputy Secretary, Acting Secretary of Hoai Nhon District Youth Union for National Salvation.

- August 1949 - December 1952: Member, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Youth Union for National Salvation of Binh Dinh Province (1950: Member of the Religious Committee of Binh Dinh Province, Party Cell Member of the Agency Party Cell)

- January 1953 - April 1955: Standing member of the Provincial Youth Salvation Committee, acting Secretary of the Hoai Nhon District Youth Salvation Committee.

- May 1955 - March 1961: Comrade Tap Ket went to the North to work as an organizational officer of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

- April 1961 - February 1962: Deputy Head of Department, Acting Head of Department of Labor and Wage Organization, Department of Personnel Organization, General Department of Forestry, Deputy Secretary of the agency's Party Cell.
