Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tuc, born on August 19, 1940; hometown: Khanh Duong, Yen Mo district, Ninh Binh province; residing at 74, Duong Van Nga street, Van Giang ward, Hoa Lu city, Ninh Binh province; former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Council of Ninh Binh province passed away at 22:15, May 22, 2025 (April 25, At Ty year). He was 86 years old.

- The funeral will be held at 3:00 p.m. on May 23, 2025.

- The funeral of comrade Nguyen Thanh Tuc will be held at the Ninh Binh Provincial Funeral Home (Tue Tinh Street, Nam Thanh Ward, Hoa Lu City, Ninh Binh Province) from 7:00 a.m. on May 24, 2025.
