(NLDO) - The Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City has transferred information about this fake and impersonating message to the City Police for verification.
Speaking to a reporter from the Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Ho Tan Minh, Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, said that currently, on social networks, there is information about the department's directives regarding extra teaching and learning. The Department of Education and Training officially announced that this is a fake message, possibly intended to collect information against regulations.
"The Department of Education and Training has transferred information about the fake text messages impersonating the department to the City Police to verify the incident," said Mr. Minh.
According to the spokesperson of the Department of Education and Training, the department requests that schools and teachers do not provide information about the fake messages that are being circulated. Schools or teachers who have specific information about the above messages should report to the Department of Education and Training so that the department can provide it to the police for handling according to regulations.
The Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training also emphasized that when there is direction, the department will issue administrative documents according to regulations.
Previously, from the afternoon of November 7, many school leaders in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City received a text message sent via Zalo, sent by the leader of the district's Department of Education and Training.
The message reads: “The Department of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training report on the situation of primary and secondary schools according to the following specific requirements: Closely monitor the area of each task, arrest and review the behavior of teachers teaching after hours, with specific evidence of which school, where, at what location, at what time, make a report to the Department of Education and Training. Review the situation of extra teaching and learning in the area."
The above information has made many teachers upset.
