Regarding information on traffic order and safety in the first 6 months of 2025, on the afternoon of June 25, Chief of Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee Tran Huu Minh said that from December 15, 2024 to June 14, 2025, there were 9,340 traffic accidents nationwide, killing 5,203 people and injuring 6,256 people.

Compared to the first 6 months of 2024, traffic accidents continued to decrease sharply in the number of cases and injuries. Of which, there was a decrease of 3,062 cases (24.69%), a decrease of 3,203 injuries (33.86%) and a decrease of 270 deaths (4.93%).
