Dien Bien TV - On the morning of February 25, Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the policy of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work associated with the reorganization of the apparatus in the province's political system according to Resolution No. 26, dated February 12, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee on reorganization and streamlining the apparatus of the political system of Dien Bien province. At the conference, comrade Pham Khac Quan, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, announced the policy of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work when implementing the organization and apparatus streamlining and rearrangement.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong affirmed that the reorganization of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units and localities in the province is a step to prepare for personnel work for the Party Congress at the grassroots level for the 2025-2030 term and the 15th Provincial Party Congress. For the cadres who were mobilized, appointed and assigned work this time, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has reviewed, considered carefully, cautiously, discussed democratically and openly with consistent principles to develop a plan for arranging cadres in the process of reorganizing and streamlining the apparatus to ensure compliance with principles, improve the operational efficiency of the new apparatus, promote the capacity of cadres, and best ensure the rights and working positions of cadres.
