With the theme: "Building a clean, strong and united Party and political system; effectively exploiting new growth drivers, making Yen Binh a developed commune of the province by 2030", the congress will summarize and evaluate the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress of communes before the merger for the 2020-2025 term; at the same time, determine the direction, set out goals, tasks, solutions and appropriate steps in the coming term; discuss and contribute opinions to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party; draft documents submitted to the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee Duong Duc Huy said that the Yen Binh Commune Party Congress was chosen as a model congress of Lao Cai because this is a locality with both urban and rural areas, with potential for economic , industrial and tourism development. Through the model congress, communes and wards can see their local image in it, thereby learning, gaining experience and successfully organizing the congress in the coming time. The congress will be held in the form of a paperless congress "Digital Congress", at the same time, the province encourages 98 communes and wards in the area to implement digital transformation in the above model.
