Organize intensive training courses on Marketing to support small and medium enterprises

Attending the training session were Mr. Tran Quang Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Provincial Center for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support and 20 trainees including Honeco's management board and staff. The training period was from May 17 to May 21.

The course is part of the province's small and medium-sized enterprise support program in 2025, 100% funded by the State budget, applicable to female-owned enterprises. This is one of the practical activities, contributing to bringing the provincial and central government's business support policies to life, creating an effective lever to promote the development of Vinh Phuc private enterprises in the digital age, the era of national development.

Tam Dao Bee Joint Stock Company - Honeco is a leading enterprise in the field of beekeeping and production of bee products in Vietnam. Established in 2002, Honeco inherits more than 60 years of beekeeping tradition since 1961 of Vinh Phuc bee industry, combined with modern technology, applying international quality management system: FSSC 22000, FDA, ... Honeco creates high quality products to serve the community.

With its efforts and methodical business strategy, Honeco is the first enterprise in the North and Central regions to export honey to the US and South Korea markets, the most demanding markets for Vietnamese agricultural products. However, the company is facing many difficulties in sales and market exploitation due to lack of resources and limited human resources.

Ms. Le Thi Nga, General Director of Tam Dao Bee Joint Stock Company spoke at the training session.

At the training course, lecturer Lai Hong Gam from PMT Group Marketing Academy Hanoi and his colleagues imparted a lot of useful knowledge, guiding and guiding Honeco employees to practice multi-channel sales operations on social networking platforms, thereby expanding the business market and making breakthroughs in development.

Previously, the Provincial Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center also organized an intensive training course on multi-channel marketing for Vinh Thinh Livestock and Dairy Processing Joint Stock Company - "Vinh Tuong Milk". The intensive training courses recently organized are very practical activities for small and medium enterprises in the province, showing the spirit of the Provincial People's Committee's determination to support private enterprises to develop in the new period.
