BTO-In order to create a healthy playground, promote the movement of the whole people to exercise following the example of the great Uncle Ho and celebrate the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22), respond to the activities to summarize the National Tourism Year 2023 " Binh Thuan - Green Convergence", towards welcoming the congress of the Vietnam Youth Union at all levels for the term 2024-2029.
The Center for Cultural and Sports Communication in conjunction with Duc Linh District Youth Union organized the 2023 Duc Linh District Men's Volleyball Championship.
The tournament officially started on the morning of December 22 and lasted for 3 days from December 22-24, with 8 teams from the following communes, towns and units participating: Dong Ha, Vo Xu, Vu Hoa, Me Pu, Sung Nhon, Da Kai, Hung Vuong High School, and the district military agency. In the qualifying round, the above teams were divided into 2 groups. The teams in each group competed in a round robin to select the first and second teams from each group to compete in the semi-finals. In the semi-finals, the first team in group A competed with the second team in group B; the first team in group B competed with the second team in group A. Thereby, the 2 winning teams were selected to compete for the championship cup; the 2 losing teams competed for third place.
After 3 days with 16 exciting matches, the teams enthusiastically contributed many good plays, attractive and beautiful matches, attracting many people to watch and cheer for the sports movement. The result of the 2023 Duc Linh District Men's Volleyball Championship Cup belonged to the Vo Xu Town team, the District Military team won second prize, the Sung Nhon Commune team won third prize. The Dong Ha Commune team won the consolation prize.
