(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of November 15, at the headquarters of Vinh Niem ward (Le Chan district), Delegation Group No. 5 of the City People's Council, including comrades: Phung Van Thanh, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of Duong Kinh district; Le Minh Quang, Director of Hai Phong Department of Health ; Nguyen Thi Tinh, Deputy Head of the Legal Committee of the City People's Council, met with voters of Vinh Niem, Du Hang Kenh, and Kenh Duong wards in Le Chan district, preparing for the regular meeting at the end of 2024.

At the meeting, voters were informed about the content and time of the regular meeting at the end of 2024; Draft Report of the City People's Committee on the results of implementing socio -economic, national defense and security tasks in 2024; tasks and solutions for socio -economic development, national defense and security of the city in 2025; Report on the results of handling voters' recommendations at the 18th session of the 16th City People's Council; Regulations on annual gift spending levels for outstanding intellectuals, scientists, artists and artisans in the city; Regulations on a number of specific policies on supporting children in special circumstances and difficult circumstances in Hai Phong city, period 2025-2030; Project on collecting and paying rent for public housing in apartment buildings in Hai Phong city.

Voters of Le Chan district expressed their joy and excitement with the results of the city's socio-economic development in 2024. Voters hope that the city will pay more attention to the investment policy for urban development in Le Chan district; naming streets and house numbers on Ho Sen street - Vo Nguyen Giap bridge. Voters also asked the city to pay attention to building a cultural house in the Viet Phap residential area (Vinh Niem ward).

Delegate Group No. 5 of the City People's Council directly explained and answered to clarify a number of issues according to its functions, tasks and powers; at the same time, it received voters' recommendations to synthesize a report at the regular meeting at the end of 2024 of the City People's Council.
