According to plan, the high-altitude fireworks display to celebrate April 30 will take place from 9:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. tonight (April 27).
To ensure security and safety for people participating in activities in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City, Department PC08 announced a ban on vehicles entering the restricted area from 6-10pm.

- Nguyen Hue Street (section from Le Thanh Ton to Ton Duc Thang).
- Dong Khoi Street (section from Mac Thi Buoi to Ton Duc Thang).
- Ton Duc Thang Street (from Nguyen Sieu to Khanh Hoi Bridge).
- Vo Van Kiet Street (section from Ho Tung Mau to Khanh Hoi bridge underpass).
- Ngo Van Nam Street (from Nguyen Sieu to Ton Duc Thang).
- Nguyen Sieu Street (section from Ngo Van Nam to Ton Duc Thang).
- Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (section from Hoang Dieu to Khanh Hoi Bridge).
- Ham Nghi Street (section from Ho Tung Mau to Ton Duc Thang).
- Hai Trieu Street (section from Ho Tung Mau to Nguyen Hue).

In addition, Ho Chi Minh City also prohibits vehicles from entering the roads surrounding the Me Linh Square roundabout, including: Ngo Duc Ke (to Dong Khoi Street), Ho Huan Nghiep (to Dong Khoi Street), Phan Van Dat (to Mac Thi Buoi Street), Thi Sach (to Dong Du Street), Hai Ba Trung (to Mac Thi Buoi Street).

Direction from Binh Thanh district to district 4: Nguyen Huu Canh (Binh Thanh district) - Ton Duc Thang - Nguyen Du - Cach Mang Thang Tam - Nguyen Thi Nghia - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Ong Lanh bridge - Hoang Dieu - Nguyen Tat Thanh (district 4).
Direction from District 4 to Binh Thanh District: Nguyen Tat Thanh (District 4) - Hoang Dieu - Ong Lanh Bridge - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Nguyen Thi Nghia - Cach Mang Thang Tam - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh (Binh Thanh District).
Direction from Thu Duc City to District 3, 5: Vo Nguyen Giap (Thu Duc City) - Dien Bien Phu - Dinh Tien Hoang - Vo Thi Sau - Ba Thang Hai - Le Hong Phong (District 5).
Direction from District 3, 5 to Thu Duc City: Le Hong Phong (District 5) - Dien Bien Phu - Vo Nguyen Giap (Thu Duc City).
For vehicles of businesses, restaurants, hotels, etc. within the routes leading to the Me Linh Square roundabout (including Phan Van Dat, Ho Huan Nghiep, Ngo Duc Ke): Only travel towards Me Linh Square, do not move towards Dong Khoi (for vehicles remaining in the Dong Khoi area after being isolated to serve the program).
At the same time, Ho Chi Minh City also prohibits vehicles from stopping and gathering to watch fireworks on Thu Thiem Bridge, Binh Loi Bridge, Binh Trieu Bridge, Mong Bridge, Calmette Bridge, Ong Lanh Bridge, Hang Xanh Intersection Overpass, Go Dua Intersection Overpass, Phu My Bridge, Nguyen Huu Canh Overpass, Kinh Thanh Da Bridge, Saigon Bridge, and Rach Chiec Bridge.
Drivers traveling to roads adjacent to isolated areas or road closures serving the above programs must reduce speed and comply with instructions from traffic police, forces participating in ensuring traffic order and safety, or traffic signal systems on the road.
Based on the actual traffic situation, PC08 Department organizes forces to adjust traffic flow appropriately, minimizing the impact on the daily life of people traveling through the organization area and these routes.

People can park their vehicles at the following locations: Youth Cultural House - 33 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai; Cao Thang College - 65 Huynh Thuc Khang; Hoa Lu Sports Center - 2 Dinh Tien Hoang; Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden - 2 Nguyen Binh Khiem.
People can also refer to Tao Dan Park - Truong Dinh; September 23 Park - Pham Ngu Lao; Vincom Center Dong Khoi - 72 Le Thanh Ton; Takashimaya - Saigon Center - 65 Le Loi; Diamond Plaza - 34 Le Duan.
In addition, people can also find other parking locations, located in District 1 within a radius of about 1km from the parade area to easily access the ceremony location by foot.
