Speaking to VietNamNet on the evening of January 7, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bich, Chairman of the People's Committee of Viet Lap Commune (Tan Yen District, Bac Giang Province) said that a serious traffic accident had just occurred in the area, causing 4 casualties.

Accordingly, the accident occurred at 1:45 p.m. the same day, on BT04 road (Viet Lap commune, Tan Yen district, Bac Giang).

At the above time, truck with license plate 90C-026.05 (driver unknown) was moving from Viet Lap commune to Lien Chung commune (Tan Yen district, Bac Giang).

When arriving at Viet Lap commune, the truck collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. D.VC (born in 1992, in Hang Com village, Viet Lap commune). The strong collision caused Mr. C. to die on the spot.

Not stopping there, the truck continued to crash into a roadside barber shop.

At the time, there were 4 people in the hair salon (3 customers and 1 employee). When the truck crashed into the salon, the customer sitting in the back seat escaped, the other 3 people were injured.

Immediately after the accident, the truck driver left the scene and reported the incident to the district police. The Tan Yen district police are continuing to investigate and clarify the incident.
