Investors participating in the auction register and pay deposits from April 25, 2025 to 3:30 p.m. on May 13, 2025, at the Auction agents; submit the Auction Participation Form no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 16, 2025, and put it directly into the ballot box at the Headquarters and branches of the Auction agents where investors register; pay for shares from May 20, 2025 to May 26, 2025; and refund the deposit from May 21, 2025 to May 26, 2025.
