The delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers to commemorate General Nguyen Chi Thanh and the heroic martyrs in the resistance war against the French colonialists and the senior leaders of the General Department of Politics at the historical site of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army (Nam Cua Tunnel Relic Site), Khau Dieu hamlet, Dinh Bien commune.
Dinh Bien Commune is located in the ATK Dinh Hoa complex, with many historical sites and relics associated with the August Revolution and the resistance war against French colonialism. This is where the ceremony of unifying the Vietnam Propaganda Liberation Army and the National Salvation Army into the Vietnam Liberation Army took place. This is also the workplace of the Political Department (now the General Political Department) during the resistance war against French colonialism.

During the activities to return to the source, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet and leaders of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, leaders of Thai Nguyen province and delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate and hand over the Headquarters House and functional rooms of Dinh Bien Commune Kindergarten. General Department of Politics gives gifts to policy families and families in difficult circumstances in Dinh Hoa district
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Secretary of the Party Committee of the General Department of Politics, emphasized: With affection and responsibility for the young generation, the leaders of the General Department of Politics and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Department of Politics have decided to support the construction of the Headquarters and functional rooms of Dinh Bien Commune Kindergarten to present to the Party Committee, government, people, teachers and students. The Lieutenant General believes that when the project is put into use, it will function well, teachers will have more favorable working conditions, students will have a better learning environment, effectively servingthe education cause in the locality.
Leaders of the Political Department and leaders of the General Political Department Office presented gifts to poor students who overcame difficulties in Dinh Hoa district.
On this occasion, the delegation visited and presented gifts to 2 policy families in Dinh Bien and Quy Ky communes; presented gifts to Dinh Bien Commune Kindergarten; presented gifts to 30 policy families, families in difficult circumstances and 20 poor students overcoming difficulties in Dinh Hoa district. The Ministry of National Defense's Social Insurance, the Military Women's Committee, and the Military Region 1 Command also presented many meaningful gifts to Dinh Bien Commune Kindergarten.
