Since the beginning of 2025, the Trade Union of Joint Stock Company 32 has closely coordinated with the Company's Executive Board to effectively implement the grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace, launching the emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Five first, three zeros".

100% of workers have signed collective labor agreements. Welfare policies are fully implemented by Joint Stock Company 32, ensuring good income and employment for workers. Accordingly, the average income of the company in the first 4 months of 2025 reached more than 11.2 million VND/person/month.

During the Workers' Month of 2025, the company proposed to the superiors to provide funding to build 2 team houses, which are being implemented, and 1 union shelter. The company always focuses on occupational safety and health, promptly deploying information and communication activities. Workers strictly follow the process and actively participate in training programs on occupational safety and health.

Thereby, encouraging union members and workers to accompany the union organization and the unit to successfully complete all tasks.

32 Joint Stock Company gives gifts to people in difficult circumstances.

At the program, the General Department of Logistics and Engineering presented gifts to the grassroots trade union of Joint Stock Company 32 and presented 30 gifts to union members and employees of the company. On this occasion, the Executive Board and grassroots trade union of Joint Stock Company 32 also presented 20 gifts to those in difficult circumstances who had completed their tasks well.
