General rehearsal of the program of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025

At the rehearsal, the main contents of the congress program such as: flag salute ceremony, opening speech, political report, review report, congress discussion, closing speech... were rehearsed according to the prescribed script, time and procedure.

Delegates contributed comments, adjusted and supplemented some contents to ensure the congress took place solemnly, seriously and in accordance with Party regulations.

Speaking at the rehearsal program, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Quan Minh Cuong emphasized: The 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 is a particularly important political event, demonstrating the intelligence, mettle, and development aspirations of the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in the province. He requested the departments in charge of operating and serving the Congress to absorb and quickly complete the contents pointed out in the rehearsal; continue to carefully review all work, from content to facilities, security, logistics, reception, and propaganda work. Agencies and units responsible for decorating the Congress area, the exhibition area of photos of the province's economic , social, defense, and security achievements in the past term should urgently check and complete the work. Units assigned to provide electricity, transmission lines, sound, lighting, welcome performances... conduct a general review before the Congress takes place, ensuring that the Congress is organized in a thoughtful, scientific, solemn manner, worthy of the largest political event of the Provincial Party Committee.

The 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will take place in 3 days (from September 15 - 17, 2025) at the Provincial Convention Center with the theme "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the entire Party Committee and the entire political system; promoting the strength of great national unity, joining hands, unanimity, innovation and creativity; effectively exploiting potential advantages, creating breakthroughs, building Cao Bang province to develop rapidly and sustainably, improving people's lives".
