Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Lu Quang Ngoi visited and presented gifts on the occasion of the Sene Dolta festival

↵ On the morning of September 20, Comrade Lu Quang Ngoi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee led the delegation to visit and present gifts at Chong Meso Chas Pagoda (old Ba So Pagoda, Nhi Truong Commune) and a number of Khmer ethnic families who are leaders and former leaders of the province in the communes of Chau Thanh, Long Hiep and Tra Vinh Ward.

On the morning of September 20, comrade Lu Quang Ngoi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee led the delegation to visit and present gifts at Chong Meso Chas Pagoda (old Ba So Pagoda, Nhi Truong Commune) and a number of Khmer ethnic families who are leaders and former leaders of the province in the communes of Chau Thanh, Long Hiep and Tra Vinh ward.

Comrade Lu Quang Ngoi - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee offered incense to Lieutenant General Son Cang - Hero of the People's Armed Forces, former Deputy Director General of the General Department of Security - Ministry of Public Security (Chau Thanh commune).

At the places he visited, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Lu Quang Ngoi kindly inquired about the health and living conditions and sent congratulations to the monks, pagoda management board and Khmer people on the occasion of the traditional Sene Dolta festival in 2025; hoping that the people would celebrate the festival in a joyful, warm and united atmosphere.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee informed about some outstanding results of the province's socio -economic development in the first 9 months of the year; emphasized the accompaniment and active contributions of Khmer people in local movements; maintained security and order, preserved and promoted cultural identity, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc.

Comrade Lu Quang Ngoi - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation visited the family of Lieutenant General Son Cang.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the consensus and attachment of the Khmer people to the local government; at the same time, he hoped that the monks, the pagoda management board and the Khmer people would continue to promote their roles, mobilizing the people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws. Promoting the tradition of solidarity, together with the locality, build the homeland to develop more and more.
