Agribank General Director works with Chairman of Banking Academy Council, promoting cooperation

Recently, on March 7, 2024, at the Headquarters of Agribank Staff Training School (36 Dai Tu, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi), a Conference was held to implement the cooperation agreement between Agribank and the Banking Academy.

Attending the Conference, on behalf of the Banking Academy (BA), there was the presence of Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Huu Toan - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the BA; Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thi Hoang Anh - Deputy Director; Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong - Deputy Director and Leader of the School of Training and Development of Officials, Banking Faculty, Banking Research Institute, Law Faculty, and the Office of the BA.

On the side of Agribank, there were comrade Pham Toan Vuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Member of the Board of Directors - General Director; Deputy General Director in charge of training Doan Ngoc Luu; leaders of the Human Resources Committee; Policy Committee; Human Resources Organization Department; Corporate Customer Department; General Secretariat; School of Training (CET) and members of the Strategy and Training Program Framework Development Team in the Agribank system.

In recent years, based on the cooperation agreement, relevant units of Agribank and the Banking Academy have actively implemented the signed contents. The Banking Academy has created favorable conditions for Agribank to access account opening, card issuance, E-Mobile banking service registration, etc. for the school's staff and students. Every year, Agribank sponsors the "Job Fair" program, coordinates and cooperates with the Banking Academy in implementing some stages of the recruitment process, and organizes the Competition for excellent credit officers. In particular, the two sides have successfully implemented cooperation in training, fostering and improving the quality of human resources and awarding scholarships to talented students. Agribank's sponsorship programs have contributed to supporting, motivating and encouraging students to overcome difficulties and constantly strive to excel in their studies. Through the program, Agribank affirms its interest in the future banking workforce and demonstrates its sense of responsibility to society.

Recently, the two sides are promoting scientific research activities on consulting on strategy development, training framework, human resource strategy of Agribank, digital transformation in the field of credit granting...

At the meeting, delegates gave many practical ideas to promote the development of cooperation between the two sides commensurate with the potential and position of each side, in order to remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing the signed cooperation agreement.

In order to further promote the cooperative relationship, the leaders of Agribank and the Banking Academy also agreed to continue implementing the contents stated in the Cooperation Agreement, coordinate more closely in building and implementing strategies, training frameworks, organizing training, improving the quality of human resources, arranging classrooms and training programs associated with the Agribank brand, creating conditions for students to practice, introduce and use Agribank products, especially credit cards, opening deposit accounts, making payments, etc.
