The work of propagating and disseminating legal knowledge to the entire population on national defense and security tasks in the new situation will be deployed synchronously and effectively by the units; strictly managing weapons, equipment, technical means; using means, weapons, equipment, ammunition, explosives in accordance with regulations to ensure safety...

The provincial armed forces and military units stationed in the area have effectively implemented the movement "The Army joins hands to build new rural areas", participating in more than 30,000 working days, supporting nearly 25 billion VND in support of the above-launched Funds, supporting the construction of 105 gratitude houses, comrade houses, and charity houses; giving gifts to families with meritorious services, poor students, and those in difficult circumstances... supporting the construction and repair of houses, cultural houses in villages and areas; repairing 21 martyr cemeteries; dredging, reinforcing, and pouring concrete on nearly 100km of intra-field canals; repairing, clearing, dredging sewers, and pouring concrete on over 110km of inter-village and commune roads; Collecting and treating 41.4 tons of waste/21.3km... Organizing medical examinations and providing free medicine for more than 1,500 policy beneficiaries and the poor... In particular, the units have well organized field trips to do mass mobilization work, which have been recognized and highly appreciated by the Party Committee, government and people... contributing significantly to the successful implementation of the goal of the "New Rural Construction" Program of Quang Ninh province.

Regarding the task of natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, the Provincial Military Command has coordinated with the Provincial Police, the Provincial Border Guard Command, and local military units to participate in 36 cases of fire fighting, labor accidents, drowning, shipwrecks, mobilizing nearly 2,400 people... Regularly and effectively maintaining the operation of the interdisciplinary rescue team on duty 24/7 on Ha Long Bay, organizing patrols, grasping the situation, and being ready to handle any situation that may arise.

At the conference, the Provincial Military Command coordinated to adjust and supplement plans to respond to natural disasters, search and rescue, prepare forces and materials according to the "4 on-site" motto, respond promptly, and minimize damage to people and property of the State and people in the area.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Vu Van Dien, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, requested that in the coming time, the provincial armed forces and military units stationed in the area continue to seriously implement the instructions of superiors on disaster response and natural disaster incidents...

Strictly maintain combat readiness regimes; proactively do a good job of exchanging and processing information, strictly manage all soldiers, strictly comply with military discipline and state laws, raise awareness in building units and localities where troops are stationed. Manage land and defense works well; coordinate and implement well the survey and report on land use needs for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045 to serve the planning of Quang Ninh province, the planning on provincial defense for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045.
