Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong and delegates attended the Summary and Award Ceremony of the Songwriting Contest about Tuyen Quang .
Attending the event were comrades: Hoang Viet Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Associate Professor, Dr. Musician Do Hong Quan, non-professional Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the National Committee of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, Chairman of the Art Council of the Vietnam Musicians' Association, Vice Chairman of the Art Council of the Tuyen Quang Songwriting Contest; Major General, musician Nguyen Duc Trinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Musicians' Association, former Principal of the Military University of Culture and Arts; Organizing Committee, Art Council; leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors and relevant units of the province; leaders of districts, cities and a large number of music lovers inside and outside the province.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong and Musician Do Hong Quan presented the First Prize to author Tran Binh Phuong, Quang Nam province with the song "Hello Tuyen Quang".
After 5 months of launching from April to September 2024, the Organizing Committee received 63 works from 49 professional and non-professional authors working at Literature and Arts Associations, Art Troupes, and Cultural Centers in 13 provinces and cities across the country to participate in the award.
The entries have contents and themes that reflect the achievements of the Party Committee, Government and People of Tuyen Quang province in all fields; praising the beauty of the land, people, tourism potential and traditional cultural and historical values of Tuyen Quang "Capital of the Liberated Zone" - "Capital of Resistance", an attractive destination in the journey of experience of many domestic and foreign tourists.
In particular, the authors have exploited folk songs of ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang province such as Tay, Dao, Mong... and can use them in major festivals of the province, serving the political tasks of the locality.

Provincial leaders and delegates took souvenir photos with the award-winning authors.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 01 First Prize, 02 Second Prizes, 04 Third Prizes and 11 Encouragement Prizes to authors with excellent works at the Songwriting Contest about Tuyen Quang. Author Tran Binh Phuong, Quang Nam province won First Prize with the song "Hello Tuyen Quang"./.
