Details of the plan to ban roads in Vinh City to serve the race "One determination - For a drug-free community"

In order to ensure security, order and traffic safety during the "One determination - For a drug-free community" Running Campaign in response to the Action Month for Drug Prevention and Control in 2025, Nghe An Provincial Police will organize traffic diversion and temporary road closures on some central streets of Vinh City on the morning of June 29.

Implementing Plan No. 510/KH-CAT-PC04-PV01 dated June 23, 2025 of the Provincial Police on organizing the "One determination - For a drug-free community" Running Race in response to the Anti-Drug Action Month 2025 in Nghe An province. To ensure security, order, and traffic safety during the Launching Ceremony and Cross-country race, the Provincial Police propose that the People's Committee of Vinh City allow traffic separation, closing barriers, and prohibiting all vehicles from participating in traffic (except vehicles of leaders, vehicles of attending delegates, vehicles of forces on duty, vehicles serving the Launching Ceremony and other vehicles with priority rights according to the law) from entering the routes for the Launching Ceremony and Cross-country race, specifically as follows:

I. Regarding the content of the launching ceremony at Nghe An Provincial Cultural Center and the running block of the movement in response to the Action Month for Drug Prevention on Ho Tung Mau Street and Truong Thi Street:

1. Regarding the road ban plan: Close barriers, prohibit all vehicles from participating in traffic (except for vehicles of leaders, vehicles of attending delegates, vehicles of forces on duty, vehicles serving the Launching Ceremony and other vehicles with priority according to the law) from circulating on the following routes:

- Ho Tung Mau Street: Section from the intersection of Ho Tung Mau Street and Nguyen Tai Street to the intersection of Truong Thi Street and Ho Tung Mau Street and Phan Dang Luu Street.

- Truong Thi Street: Section from the intersection of Truong Thi Street with Ho Tung Mau Street, Phan Dang Luu Street to the intersection of Truong Thi Street, Le Nin Street with Nguyen Phong Sac Street, Vo Nguyen Hien Street, Le Hong Phong Street.

2. Regarding the time of road ban: Time of ban on vehicles on the routes from 06:00 to 07:00 on June 29, 2025.

II. For the organization of cross-country running competition on Lenin Street:

1. Regarding the road ban plan: Close the barrier, prohibit all vehicles (except vehicles of leaders, vehicles of attending delegates, vehicles of forces on duty, vehicles serving the Launching Ceremony and other vehicles with priority according to the law) from circulating on Le Nin Street: From the intersection of Truong Thi Street, Le Nin Street with Nguyen Phong Sac Street, Vo Nguyen Hien Street, Le Hong Phong Street to the intersection of Le Nin Street with Nguyen Sy Sach Street.

2. Regarding the time of road ban: Time of ban on vehicles on the routes from 06:30 to 09:00 on June 29, 2025.
