In 2024, the total number of civil enforcement cases to be resolved is 19,015 (the number of cases carried over from 2023 is 7,861 cases, the number of newly accepted cases is 11,154 cases), a decrease of 80 cases compared to 2023. The total number to be enforced is 18,913 cases, of which the number of cases eligible for enforcement is 12,283 cases, the number of cases not eligible for enforcement (excluding the number transferred to separate monitoring books) is 6,055 cases.
Of the cases with conditions for execution , 10,252 cases were resolved, an increase of 217 cases (an increase of 2.16%) compared to 2023; the number of cases that were not yet eligible for transfer to a separate monitoring book was 2,671 cases; the number of cases transferred to the next period was 8,661 cases. The results of THADS in terms of money, the total amount resolved was more than 3,856.8 billion VND (the old number transferred was more than 2,395.1 billion VND, the newly accepted number was over 1,461.6 billion VND).
Notably, in 2024, THADS agencies issued decisions to enforce judgments in 619 cases, an increase of 163 cases compared to 2023. Of these, 284 cases of enforcement were completed, and 335 cases of enforcement were not yet completed.
At the conference, representatives of the People's Procuracy, People's Court, members of the Steering Committee for THADS at all levels discussed and discussed solutions to continue effectively implementing programs, plans, and coordination regulations in THADS work; enhancing responsibility and effectiveness of inter-sectoral coordination from the province to the district; promptly removing difficulties and problems arising in the coordination process...
Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Que acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the THADS achieved in 2024, and requested members of the Steering Committee for THADS at all levels to continue to closely follow the resolutions of the Party, the National Assembly , the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Council to direct and operate; continue to well implement the inter-sectoral coordination regulations and regularly monitor and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in coordination work.
On the other hand, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the THADS agencies at all levels to develop plans, implement synchronous solutions, and strive to exceed the assigned targets for 2025. Timely advise the THADS Steering Committee to direct and promptly resolve difficulties and problems arising in the organization of execution of judgments for complicated cases, affecting local security, politics , and order.
The Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Civil Judgments noted that in the coming time, the enforcement agencies will certainly have changes according to the plan to rearrange and streamline the organizational apparatus, so it is necessary to identify this as a common task and implement it in the spirit of continuing to successfully complete the tasks in 2025.
