The victim was Mr. P.D.Tr. born in 1971, from Ngoc Mai village, Vinh Hung commune (Binh Giang). At that time, Mr. Tr. was riding a motorbike 34P6-8531 on National Highway 38 from An Thi to Quan Goi. When he reached km 33, in Vinh Lai village, Vinh Hung commune, he crashed into a concrete marker on the right side of the road, then plunged into a drainage ditch.

As a result, Mr. Tr. died at the scene.
