Thanks to its ability to understand, interact and generate text responding to users' questions like a real person, ChatGPT - the AI application that has caused a stir in society since its launch, has become a powerful "virtual assistant" in creating content and solving problems.
According to the SocialTrend Reply 2023 report, within just 31 days of appearing on the SocialTrend platform, ChatGPT software generated more than 442,700 discussions and 2.9 million interactions from about 170,500 social network users.
In addition, social networks in 2023 also witnessed the rise of two talents in the technology industry, Apple and Samsung, thanks to two events: Launch of iPhone 15 and Launch of Samsung Galaxy S23 respectively.
However, when put on the scale, iPhone 15 still created a "slight" more buzz than Samsung Galaxy S23, when leading the TOP 10 Most Outstanding Social Network Events of 2023 with 1.6 million discussions, thanks to the "feverish" pastel color palette.
