Toyota Vietnam accompanies the Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Program 2023

Toyota Motor Vietnam Company is the main sponsor of the Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Program 2023, organized for the second time nationwide by the Traffic Police Department and Dan Tri Newspaper. The Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Program 2023 is organized to improve the effectiveness of propaganda, dissemination and education of laws on traffic order and safety, thereby raising the community's awareness of voluntarily complying with the law when participating in traffic.

The Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Program 2023 is organized nationwide, for the community including Vietnamese citizens living in Vietnam or abroad, foreign citizens living in Vietnam interested in traffic safety issues, with two competition categories: Traffic Safety Initiative and Traffic Safety Technology Solutions. Through the program, the organizers hope to attract creative ideas, products, and information technology applications to solve problems of road traffic congestion, alcohol concentration violations when participating in traffic, in order to help Vietnam's traffic gradually become more stable and help improve people's lives to be more civilized and safer.

This is the second year that Toyota Vietnam has accompanied the Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Program as the main sponsor. In 2022, the program has attracted enthusiastic participation from the community, especially the young generation, with many practical and creative ideas that have been proposed and are being planned to be applied in Hanoi and Bac Ninh such as: Traffic light time adjustment support system, Intelligent traffic detection and warning system (early notification of traffic jams in neighboring areas and traffic accidents), Application of traffic light principles in effective traffic management in Vietnam applied to building the model of "Traffic Safety Province".

The Traffic Safety Initiative Program is one of many meaningful activities that Toyota actively carries out to contribute to building a safe and civilized traffic culture, towards the goal of sustainable development in Vietnam. In addition, Toyota continuously introduces safe car models with advanced technology to demonstrate its efforts to ensure safety for customers.

Since its establishment, in addition to its efforts to bring the best quality products and services to customers, Toyota Vietnam has always aimed to "become a good citizen in the local community". Accordingly, Toyota has always strived to implement many meaningful social activities in the fields of: Traffic Safety, Education & Human Resource Development, Environmental Protection and Social Culture.

In particular, Traffic Safety is considered the top priority. In addition to the Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative program, Toyota Vietnam also implements many programs such as: Toyota and I learn traffic safety for primary school students in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Training; Traffic Safety propaganda campaign including activities: Broadcasting Traffic Safety messages on VOV, Liveshow "Travel Companion", National Film Festival on Traffic Safety.
