Ha Tien City auctioned 3 land lots reclaimed from the sea, earning over 423 billion VND

The construction unit is leveling the land at Mui Nai coastal land, Ha Tien city ( Kien Giang ) to build the Mui Nai luxury resort.

Accordingly, Enterland Investment and Development Company Limited won the auction of the coastal land lot in Mui Nai, Nui Den Street, Ward 3, Phao Dai Ward, Ha Tien City for 116 billion VND; the coastal land lot in Tien Hai Commune won the auction for over 75.6 billion VND.

At Mui Nai coastal land, the winning bidder will invest in building a high-end resort area in Mui Nai with an area of ^14,682.8m2 , of which the land area used for urban residential purposes is ^9,543.82m2 . In Tien Hai commune, the land owner will invest in developing a high-end resort area in Tien Hai commune.

Newstarland Real Estate Development and Trading Company Limited won the auction of Bai No land, located in Quarter 2, Phao Dai Ward, Ha Tien City, with the amount of over 232.18 billion VND. At Bai No land, the winning enterprise will invest in building a high-class Bai No resort with an area of ^39,340m2 .

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phao Dai Ward Nguyen Hoang Lam said that after successfully auctioning the land lots in the ward, the construction units urgently leveled the ground to prepare for the project. At the land lot along Mui Nai beach, the unit mobilized many machines, human resources, and equipment to level the ground.

The high-end resort residential area of Mui Nai, Ha Tien City (Kien Giang) will be built with an area of ^14,682.8m2 , of which the land area used for urban residential purposes is ^9,543.82m2 .

Head of the Urban Management Department of Ha Tien City, Ly Hoang Tuan, said that Ha Tien City has auctioned 3 land lots reclaimed from the sea, earning over 423 billion VND for the budget. To implement the public investment project, the city has made plans and conducted land auctions.

The land plots that are successfully auctioned will be invested by companies to build projects such as high-end coastal resorts, serving the city’s tourism development. In addition, the projects will contribute to making Ha Tien City (Kien Giang) become a type II urban area in the shortest time.
