According to initial information, at around 7:30 p.m. the same day, residents living on Nguyen Van Tra Street (Hamlet 1, Vinh Loc B Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) saw smoke and a burning smell rising. When they went out to see, many people were shocked to see the fierce fire at address A9/26 Nguyen Van Tra Street.

Immediately, many people around pulled water pipes and used mini fire extinguishers to put out the fire, and shouted for everyone to escape from the burning area. However, the fire continued to spread, showing no signs of stopping, so the authorities were notified.

Upon receiving the news, the 114 Command Center - Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police (PC07) dispatched many fire fighting vehicles and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire. The soldiers deployed fire fighting plans from many directions.

At the scene, at least 3 factories were on fire. It is worth mentioning that the 3 factories produced wood, glue, and helmets, which are flammable, making it difficult to put out the fire.

According to the records, by 10:15 p.m., the fire was basically under control. The fire did not cause any human casualties, but many properties were completely burned down.

Previously, a packaging factory of more than 1,000 square meters in Binh Phuoc also caught fire, destroying many properties.

Specifically, at around 10pm on February 21, people heard a loud explosion from the company's factory. The fire broke out, engulfing almost the entire factory area of Nam Phat Production Service Trading Company Limited.

About 10 minutes later, a fire broke out. People discovered the incident and quickly called the authorities.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department - Binh Phuoc Provincial Police mobilized 8 specialized vehicles with officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire.

Because this company produces foam materials and packaging, the fire broke out fiercely and was difficult to approach and control. The soldiers had to work very hard to handle the scene. By 0:00 on February 22, the authorities had controlled and completely extinguished the fire.
