On July 11, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health officially introduced a list of channels to receive feedback, helping people quickly and effectively reflect on problems arising in medical examination and treatment as well as other medical activities after expanding the management area, serving more than 14 million people.
Hotline of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health : 096.777.1010
This hotline is a channel to receive direct feedback from people about the quality of medical examination and treatment services, the service attitude of medical staff, or shortcomings at public and private medical facilities in Ho Chi Minh City.
All feedback will be received, verified, classified and forwarded to competent authorities for timely handling, contributing to ensuring legitimate rights for people when using medical services.
Hotline against "fake illness, extortion" : 0989.401.155
This is a channel that specifically reflects negative behaviors such as "faking illnesses", providing unprofessional advice for personal gain, or violations of professional ethics in the medical industry.
The Inspection and Legal Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health directly manages this channel. All information will be kept confidential, objectively verified and strictly processed, ensuring transparency. The processing results will be made public for people to monitor.
Online public service switchboard : 1900.638.563
This is a focal point to support people with administrative procedures in the health sector such as: granting practice licenses, registering private medical facilities, submitting online public service applications, etc.
The switchboard is divided into specialized branches to help people quickly connect to the right department in charge.
Portal 1022 HCMC
People can send feedback and suggestions via the website cong1022.tphcm.gov.vn or via the mobile application "1022 TP.HCM".
This is the general reception channel of Ho Chi Minh City, feedback related to the medical field will be transferred to the correct functional unit for handling according to the procedure.
"Online Medical" Application
The application is being upgraded to suit the two-tier government model, as Ho Chi Minh City no longer has medical departments in districts as before.
The application will support receiving feedback and coordinating quick handling when people send feedback related to medical examination and treatment and medical services.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health emphasized that people's use of official feedback channels not only helps promptly resolve problems arising in the medical sector, but is also a practical action that contributes to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment services throughout the area.
And each reflection with full and accurate information will help the management agency verify and handle any violations, if any, and at the same time improve the processes and services at medical facilities. The active participation of the people is an important driving force to build a public, transparent medical system that puts people's health at the center.
In the coming time, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health will develop a dashboard to synthesize and classify feedback from people by connecting all hotline numbers and the "Online Health" application. This dashboard will be an effective support tool for the Department of Health's Special Task Force, helping to record, analyze and plan inspections, monitoring, and promptly handling legitimate feedback.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health hopes that the public disclosure and synchronous operation of channels for receiving feedback will be a big step forward in the process of building a people-centered health sector that serves more effectively and transparently in the new era.
In addition, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health has also directed the Ho Chi Minh City 115 Emergency Center to upgrade the 115 emergency hotline to promptly provide emergency support not only in Ho Chi Minh City but also for people in the two newly merged areas of Binh Duong province and the old Ba Ria - Vung Tau .
