The Traffic Police Department said that on the day of the first driving license examination after more than 2 months of taking on the task, the Department established 2 examination councils, including 1 car council and 1 A1 motorcycle council.

Lieutenant Colonel Truong Tran Minh Tuan, Head of the Driver's License Examination Team, informed that in the first examination session on May 14, more than 200 candidates for Class B driver's licenses participated in the examination. In the afternoon of the same day, the council will examine 300 candidates for motorbike driving. The unit arranged 20 officers and soldiers to be on duty at the examination site (12 examiners, 2 supervisors); arranged 24 vehicles for examination equipment, 10 simulation machines...

In his opening speech, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Trung Hieu, Head of the Traffic Police Department, City Police, said that since taking over the task of State management of testing and issuing driving licenses, the Department has immediately started to build the organizational structure of the unit and assign specific tasks to each unit. Through careful and thorough preparation, the unit has now ensured that the entire system of yards, testing vehicles, scoring equipment and surveillance cameras operate stably, meeting the best technical requirements for the test.
