Specifically, at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), two minimum scores are applied, including 18 points for the admission method based on high school transcripts (methods 2 and 3); 15 points for the admission method based on high school graduation exam results and the admission method based on the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's Competency Assessment Exam/VSAT exam (score converted to a 30-point scale).
For majors in the Health group, the input quality assurance threshold is implemented according to separate regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Similarly, for the University of Economics and Finance in Ho Chi Minh City, the school's admission score for 2025 based on the 2025 high school graduation exam results is 15 points for all training majors. With the admission method based on 12th grade transcripts based on a combination of 3 subjects and the average score of the entire 12th grade transcript, the admission score is 18 points.
For the results of the HCM City National University's Competency Assessment Exam, the school's admission score is 600/1,200 points, and for the V-SAT exam, it is 225/450 points.
