TPO - Two key officials of District 7 have been reassigned and transferred to new positions according to a decision by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
On April 13th, the District Party Committee and the People's Committee of District 7 held a ceremony to present personnel appointment decisions from the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
At the ceremony, a representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Department announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to accept and transfer Mr. Tran Quoc Xuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the District 7 People's Committee, to work at the District 7 Party Committee to be assigned the position of Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Department.
Next, a representative from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Internal Affairs announced the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee regarding the acceptance, transfer, and appointment of Mr. Chau Xuan Dai Thang, Head of the Organization Department of the District 7 Party Committee, to the position of Vice Chairman of the District 7 People's Committee.
The two officials were assigned to the positions for five years.

Congratulating the newly appointed leaders, District 7 Party Secretary Vo Khac Thai expressed his hope that Mr. Xuan and Mr. Thang would quickly coordinate the handover of their current work to stabilize their positions and immediately begin implementing political tasks in their new roles.
In addition, the two leaders will continue to build a cohesive team, focusing on providing sound advice on post-planning operations, and rotating and assigning personnel in accordance with the current situation.
